Appraisal South's experience with underwriter standards enables us to include all pertinent information in our original reports, thereby minimizing addendum requests and speeding up the loan process.

Appraisal South utilizes cutting edge of technology, using the most up-to-date means possible to prepare and submit evaluation reports. Our utilization of the latest and most advanced hardware, software, mapping and sketching programs, multiple listing services, as well as public and/or private and government databases allows us to provide our clients with the most accurate, reliable, and professional reports, in easy to understand formats, and in the most timely manner possible.

Appraisal South has continued to grow throughout the years because of our ability and willingness to adapt to our always evolving business environment. In addition, appraisal regulations such as USPAP, are continually changing. Appraisal South keeps up to date through memberships in several county, state and national appraisal organizations, the Appraisal Foundation Subscription Service, and continuing education.
